no one wants to touch my knee
« on: February 20, 2015, 05:05:03 AM »
Hey all,

I'm knew to this forum but have been following for a few years. Its seems as thought I might have have an experimental surgery on my knee and its a mess. Would appreciate any Doctor referrals if you've had awesome help and revision of partial knee replacement and experiencing dislocation and several subluxations a day.

thank you

Where are you located? I have not had a partial knee replacement but I love my OS. He listens and has been in the trenches with me helping to get my knee back! Trust me I have had my setbacks and am still working to get there! I live in Colorado. Good luck!

Good luck and try and stay positive! It has really helped the recovery process. I would refer you to my dr, but that is quite the trip! I have an excellent dr, but don't be fooled this has been a LONG journey for me and I finally found a dr that I can trust. (That was not always the case.)

I would try the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan!  I saw Dr. Shubin Stein there.

The Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO might be a place to look at. Dr. Robert Laprade is the complex knee guy.
