I need help understanding the impressions of my L knee MRI and rehab suggestions:
1. What appears to be an essentially complete or very high grade partial root ligament tear of the medial meniscus. The meniscus is not sublimed out of the joint at this point.
2. severe chondromalacia of the lateral facet of the patella
3. Abnormal "accessory ossicles' along the central articular surfaces of both the medial and lateral femoral condyles imbedded within the cartilage. These appear entirely separate from the condyles themselves, though.
4. Joint effusion with debris and complex leaking Baker's cyst
5. Grade I strain in the distal semimembranosus tendon insertion.
