Hi guys,
I injured my MCL approx 8 weeks ago and I started physio about 2 weeks ago. I feel like the knee is stable and strong. I can run with minimal pain however I know I am still not ready to return to football. The problem I'm having is with a resistance band and bending my knee (foot to bum) the pain is terrible. I don't feel like the pain is directly above the MCL more below and above the original injury site. It feels tight on bending and not getting better.
I just wondered if anyone else has suffered with this and had any advice?
