advice needed
« on: October 06, 2014, 08:48:53 PM »
Hi all
Had Tto, MPFL reconstruction and Microfracture 14 days ago.
I'm non weight bearing and on crutches for 4 weeks, I have a brace locked at 0 - 90.
I'm still unable to lift my leg, I'm doing my exercises that the physio gave me (static quads and flexation) I can bend my leg back on its own but I'm unable to straighten it on my own and I'm unable to lift my leg without the help of someone or without using a towel under my ankle.
Is this normal and will things get better?
Surgery date was 22/09/14
Thanks in advance emma
