Knee Rotation
« on: September 01, 2014, 09:23:28 PM »
Hey everyone,

I had an ACL reconstruction and Partial Menisectomy last October and I've been rehabilitating since then. However, I've always had this strange feeling in my knee. At times it feels to shift out of place for a second then back in. I really notice this when I'm treading water and I can feel a shift in my lower leg as I rotate my whole leg or when I do scissor kicks in the gym, I feel my lower leg shift out a bit.

My doctor said it can be that my lower leg is rotating internally too much when my knee is extended. Has anyone ever experienced this sort of thing? Is there exercises I can perform to reduce internal rotation?

Much Thanks!
