i'm not really warming up, just stretching the quads. Why should I?

Warmed up muscles stretches better I think.

It is advised not to stretch cold muscles too vigorously to avoid injury, do your physio first and then stretch
Came off bike onto concrete 9/9/09 (lat meniscus, lat condyle defect)
LK scopes 8/2/10 & 16/12/10
RK scope 5/2/15 (menisectomy, Hoffa’s fat pad trim)
LK scope 10.1.19 medial meniscectomy, trochlea MFX
LK scope 19.4.21 MFX to both condyles & trochlea, patella cartilage shaved, viscoseal, depo-medrone

I do light stretches before physio to prepare my joints for exercise. I don't pull hard, light stretch. After PT, I do more stretches as well.

Hi Lanterne Rouge

Would you be able to take a photo of your knee bent so i can compare your tilt to my knee. I will post mine as well

I can't tell if you have the tilt. How would one diagnose it?

Here are mines.

I just finished icing my right knee thus the redness.

I would think you need imaging and expert interpretation to determine if it is outside normal boundaries and  actually an issue.  X Ray, CT, MRI

For sure Vickster, I will get Xray done to see the position of my patella as I think it might be tilted since there's some mild chondromalacia patella in the central portion of the patella which might affect the alignment of the patella.

Laterne Rouge,

Was wondering if you have the same symptome as me. When I have my knee bent 90 degrees and then I move it internally (towards my left foot) i get a pinching pain in the lateral patella side, it's like a pinching nerve pain. Do you get that too?

No, I don't have pinching pain on lateral side. Pain on the lateral side is more like I hit my leg to somewhere.

Intermittent. Since the beginning of this week there is a serious improvement with my condition and I don't know how the heck I managed this.
