ACLr 2 weeks is a pop possible?
« on: July 31, 2014, 07:22:08 AM »
Hi all.

I'm at 2 weeks of my ACLr, I feel I've been doing well. Walking crutchless from 1 week and now tackling stairs no problem. I as instructed have to wear a brace when walking for support.

My OS schedule is from 3 weeks I can cycle, and 4 months I can run.

I've been overly keen adding my on moves to my physio, this morning I tried standing on my bad leg, and swinging my good leg back and forth, in my head, to help stability on my bad knee. This is the second time doing it but this time i felt a small pop and dull pain (gone now). I'm hoping it was other muscles 'waking up', but thinking about it and being a hypocrondriac I wonder if this enough force to dislodge my graft and bone screws?

Any input is appreciated
Thanks
Al
