Blown right ACL
« on: July 09, 2014, 09:19:17 PM »
Hello all

After the good success of my left knee (see signature) I had 10 percent of my meniscus removed cos i couldnt straighten my knee after rolling over my knee at indoor football. Inside the knee during the scope they saw that i torn my ACL. I have since had the reconstruction hamstring style and im back to square one.

Im 6 weeks post op with 0 extension and 135 flexion. (Hope thats right as its been a while)
I have a limp and it still hurts to put weight on it straight so i have this limp cos i walk with the leg slightly bent. I walk a good mile or so 3 times a week and do my exercises.

Im running out of knees to ruin.
