Public transport & crutches?
« on: May 15, 2014, 08:58:57 PM »
Hi all,
I have an appointment @ the hospital tomorrow & i am worried about
Using buses to get there, i have to get 2 buses to hospital & i'm back on crutches
& in a brace.(set back from mcl injury)

I'm worried about seating, as my brace is locked straight & people banging into
My leg!!! I've not used buses in years, so it's scaring me about what to expect.
Trouble is it'll be school time going!!! :-[

Any thoughts? Barry

If worried, can you not take a taxi or get a lift? :) better than taking a risk
Came off bike onto concrete 9/9/09 (lat meniscus, lat condyle defect)
LK scopes 8/2/10 & 16/12/10
RK scope 5/2/15 (menisectomy, Hoffa’s fat pad trim)
LK scope 10.1.19 medial meniscectomy, trochlea MFX
LK scope 19.4.21 MFX to both condyles & trochlea, patella cartilage shaved, viscoseal, depo-medrone
