Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendonitis)

hi my name is Ali , i live in Qatar which is in the Arabian gulf ,i have this tendonitis for about 1 year and i am 18 now i really searched the internet looking for answer every single day and its driving me crazy i tried the R.I.C.E therapy  it didn't work i went to hospital doctors gave me an anti inflammations pills and ultrasound(shock wave )therapy still didn't work i went for physical therapy i am new in there its been 1 week i did MRI scan they saw 1 small tear and lots of inflammations so i am currently confused and summer is near i want to train hard  i really need a good answer its really confusing and frustrated P.S one time i did some exercise at home that i looked it up in the internet like squat and one leg squat and some other ones with some stretches the following day half of the pain went off i was so happy and exited i played ball the other day and it went really bad so i really need an advise and answer please!!!!!!!!
