Body Falling apart
« on: March 18, 2014, 06:01:14 PM »
I have two bad knees, both had surgery including one that was a tubercal osteotomy b/c it went bone on bone.  Now everything from my ankle to my shoulder is starting to pop, click, or crack b/c it compensates so much and I am only 25.

My biggest concern is my shoulders now as it clicks and feels very very weak/fatigue but no pain...knock on wood.  My question is how do I stand up?  Or what do I need to improve to stand...my core, strengthen my hips?  Anybody else have similar issues?

The fact that I'm not very strong doesn't help but I'm very concerned.  Who knows this might be another problem.
