Hi guys,
Im new to this site, hopefully my post comes across some helpful people. So I am 8 and a half months out of acl reconstruction with and allograph and meniscectomy (lateral and medial). In the last week I've had this strange feeling in my knee, the best I could describe it is a tenderness around the sides below the kneecap and in the back of my knee on the inner part (if it is helpful I can post pictures pointing to these areas). I am just wondering if anyone knows what this could be. It is getting in the way of my rehab because certain things turn this tenderness to pain.
