MCL Repair with drilling.
« on: January 31, 2014, 06:32:54 PM »
Hi folks i have just had further surgery last night on my knee the surgeon carried out a MCL repair with drilling. He says he drilled holes in the bone to try and get the bone to regenerate and strengthen the ligament attachment.

In a limited movement brace currently set at 30 and 60 reviewed at 2 weeks, for 6 weeks also weight bearing with crutches.
Has anyone else had similar surgery carried out if so how long was your recovery time?

cheers caaw
