So, about 4 weeks ago I slipped on the ice while jogging and landed square on my right knee right on a river rock sticking up through the ice, hurt pretty bad as expected made me a bit limpy for the day but I just walked it off and since I work outside and it was quite cold it was iced while working for the next 6 hours. after that it was somwhat sore for a few days then I stopped thinking about it as it didnt disrupt my daily routine. Today I I brushed my knee against something and noticed that it felt like it was numb, upon further investigation I noticed there is a lump on my knee that I can kind of shift around a little ontop of the kneecap. It doesnt hurt or impede movement, no discoloration and the knee itself only hurts if I stand for 45+ minutes on hard surfaces. I've really no idea what it is! Thanks for any feedback!
