10 after tkr pain

I had bilateral tkr replacement 10 years ago.E
xperiencing pain at inside of left knee.The pain is ok while biking but is getting severe from walking over a mile.At night the pain is at its worse,keeping me uo.The tendon in the inside of the knee is swollen.
I met with the docs at Rothman and they say there is no infection and the joint is not loose.
Since there is no problem with the device they don't have an answer.
Would a brace help? Any ideas to alleviate the pain? I am going to miss my 3 and 4 mile walks.
