Cartilage repair methods for Pattela

Dear,
Could you advise what type of methods are common used for repair and grout of patella cartilage defects.

It seems my knee cap cartilage has been damaged. In my previous arthroscopy(5 years a go) I had resurfacing on the cartilage, but the my problem got active again.

I am trying find out possible repair options.
