pain on the knee.

im currently suffering from tendanitis but ive been treating it for a week now and the pain has dulled down alot thank's to the advice of someone on KNEETALK. ;)

But do i know step my training up to normal (FOOTBALL)
or do i keep resting it and excerciseing with swimming,cycling and so on?

Im currently 8 months into rehab from a ACL reconstructrion.

Hey !

I'm no phys nor a doc. But if you've had problems with tendonitis for a while continue take it easier a couple of weeks and then start going up to your normal level again. Otherwiese I think the possibilities getting ride of it isn't so easy. You can't go down to a low level for a week then have full speed directly. Maybe you have a phys you can ask.

Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
