Tendonitis everywhere!
« on: July 06, 2013, 05:50:29 PM »
Back in may I was sent to pt for tendonitis, though they never could decide if it was quad tendonitis or pes anserine tendonitis. Pain was on inner part of knee but also traveled into thigh. Extremely sensitive to touch but virtually no swelling. Have been 3x a week every week since and have now developed patellar tendonitis as well as increasing pain and sensitivity on the outer part of knee. I have gotten manual massage, ultrasound and the electric medicated patches and have had no relief yet. Should I go back to my dr? Does tendonitis travel around the joints? The patellar pain is especially sharp, could it be a tear? Any advice is appreciated

Should also mention I had an mri in may, dr ordered "rule out medial meniscal tear and partially torn acl" no injuries were found
