Hi guys. I have one question. Been researching a lot but couldn't find anything.

I'm 12 weeks post-op and I can get my extension up to zero degrees already. The thing is my other knee (left)is hyperextended (genu recurvatum) by about 10 degrees or so.

Will my right knee ever go back to its original hyperextension? or Do i have to correct the recurvatum on the left knee?

My PT told me that I could have some issues with running since both knees don't have the same flexion. I would probably do more compensations which may lead to injuries. Your input would most definitely help. thanks!
