possible retear of meniscus
« on: March 20, 2013, 09:49:19 PM »
I had my right medial meniscus repaired almost 2 years ago with no PT after.  I workout 5days a week, spin and cycle outside.  For the past several months my knees  have been killing me when I - spin, bend, kneel, lift weights, swimming even doing a plank knee gives out before abs do).  I think the left hurts since putting more pressure on it since right knee hurts worse.  Lately, sometimes when I touch a spot about 1" to the left from my right knee cap and a tad below it it hurts.  Plus, my knee cap is still numb to touch.  Could this be a retear or over use or what?  thanks
