I've heard it is a simple procedure. I'm thinking about having mine out in March.

I had all my screws (from multiple surgeries) taken out apart from one which cannot be removed, pretty simple procedure had both knees done at the same time.
No problems afterward, felt a bit weird (only way to describe it) for a few day after but then all surgeries do don't they, if its causing problems then i can't see a reason not to have it removed.

They are much too long and I do a lot of yoga.... We are on that tibia a lot and it's pretty painful.

I can't see it being an issue, might be a little sore but nothing major.
hope it all goes well.
