 joy joy joy ...
  most of my joys are now gone but it used to be
plaing soccer
runing
doing fitnes
walking was a joy too ( now it isnt because it hurts when I do lol)
jumping  ..that was a realy big joy
well I do have  some joy left
hanging out with my team:)
my family
my dog:)
friends
I am going to sound like such a fat ass but food is a joy lol
and a night out with the team is a joy

Ok, even if you miss a lot of your joys know when you can't do them I think you're really strong coming here although talking about joy in your life. Means that you are on right track back again. Wish you a year when the old joys come back in your life.
