hi quick background:
was dislocating my knees since I was 4, eventually got seen and had fulkerson's on both, which did little to help. Then had  trochleoplasty, Semitendinosus tenodesis and a bone graft from hip to knee. both legs were going well, still a little unstable but nothing i couldn't live happily with.
my issue now:
Its 3 years after my last op and last week i dislocated my left knee for the first time in 4 years. The knee is now quite unstable and obviously as soon as i can i'll be back doing the physio exercises as per usual but i'm scared if it happens again and again i'll be back to square one. I'm not sure if there's anything else I or anyone else can do.
Its good to get my concerns off my chest and if there's anything you have to say i would love to hear it.
Thanks  :-\
