17 days post-op... Ouch
« on: March 03, 2012, 08:35:38 PM »
I know the wet weather can wreak havoc on joints, but seriously this pain is as bad if not worse than what the dr went in to fix. He removed scar tissue and shaved down frayed cartilage behind my knee cap. I had previously partially torn my ACL about 6 months ago and dr went in too see why I had continuous sharp pain in my knee. Is this pain now a sign that what dr did didn't work?

It may not be a sign the surgery is not working.  You title says 17 days post op.  It is still early post op period.  If you are concerned, call your OS or get in to see him and ask about it.

Pretty sure it is still just post op pain, but check it out if you are worried.
