Magnesium glyconate and Vitamin k-2 (MK7)

I will be starting magnesium and Vitamin K-2 shortly. Trying to get the calcium to enter my bones and stay away from my arteries. Anyone have any success with this? I have bilateral knee arthritis and one hip is achy all the time. Also, low-carb diet seems to help the inflammation a bit. I just need to stay on it consistantly.
