terrified chondromalacia mpfl

Hi,

New to the forum........in short, 45y old ...history of disclocations/subluxations. Had successful MPFL surgery in JUNE 2011. Since my knee cap is in the groove correctly, it now is starting to catch and I cannot walk.

I have exposed bone on my patella dime size.......My OS wants to try visco injections first to see if they help, then wants to graft.......not sure of the details.

I just want to walk again......not an action sports player........golfer but suprisingly this never bothered my knees.

Please help with advice.

David- Florida.
