patellofemoral replacement complications

  I had bilateral patellofemoral kinamed replacements in late November 2010. My right knee has been consistently painful and swollen. My local doc just aspirated bloody synovial fluid for testing. Has anyone had complications like this? Can it be due to mall tracking ? What else could cause the pain in the patella area and close to the lateral distal vastus medialus attachment? HELP!!!

Hello, I am new to this site. I am having a patello femoral replacement in 2 weeks and  was wondering how you are doing since your surgery and complications? I do hope all is well and you're on the mend.
