Elmslie Trillat + AMIC
« on: April 14, 2011, 02:34:38 PM »
I am interested to hear of rehab experience following  Elmslie Trillat OP which I had 6wks ago. I hope to start mobilising next wk and I am very keen to get back to swimming and cycling. My knee only flexes to 93degrees max at present. I'm finding it extremely hard work to push it just a little further daily. My pain levels have been very low so far. Is that about to shoot up when I get back non tmy feet?
March 2011. Elmslie trillat/TTT. Autologous Collogen Induced Chondrogenesis to patella n Trochlear.
