So my knee operation is coming up and I will be off for a long while so I need some ideas of things I can do (keeping in mind I won't be able to walk around or be very active)

Reading, writing blog, doing puzzles, painting, invite people that you seldom meet, baking, making music(if you can), do upperbody workout...wanna know more ? Wish you the best !

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
