PKR recovery
« on: February 18, 2011, 04:03:40 AM »
I had an Oxford partial on the 26th on January, so 3 weeks ago. I am feeling great, my knee is still a little swollen my ROM is 102. I can walk up and down stairs and am doing squats and lateral squats at Physical therapy. My knee hasn't felt this good or stable for many years. I only wish i had  this surgery several years ago. I am experiancing no deep bone aching pain at all, just the effects of physical therapy a little sore and a little stiff so i have taken the day off from exercise today. Ice is my best friend 3 times a day, it really is a miracle (so far) and i am looking forward to riding my bike and playing golf soon.
