Hi everyone,
Have any of you tried Astaxanthin to combat arthritis inflammation? If yes, did it help?
Please let me know.
Thanks,

Hello Crumbling, I have used Astaxanthin since June 2011. Started with 3 times a day. I'm now down to once a day. Not sure if this dosage is correct but I did not see any improvement. I actually feel worse. Getting ready to go back to my D.O. in a few weeks to check it out. Only real benefit: no sunburn while on vacation in the Arizona sun!!
