PKR
« on: January 31, 2011, 10:03:03 PM »
Had PKR on January 26th 2011. Surgery went well I spent 2 days in hospital I am at home recovering. The pain is still high if I don't take my med's I sure feel it. The knee feels strong with good quad strength but range off movement is tough I am at about 60 degrees and it really hurts.Official home PT starts this Wednesday the 2 February hope it gets easier soon.

Well done! Hope it continues to go well for you. But remember the knee mantra - rest, elevate, ice and take you pain meds by the clock!  ;)
