Hi a few years ago i damged my knee to a fight in school my right one .. it hasnt been seen propely since but i am finally getting physio soon as its getting worse and i want to join the British army aswell but im stuck on physio waiting list at the moment..Can anyone try and help me and tell me what my problem may be ....heres the problems i get

. Clicking noise when i move my my right knee fast coming from the back
. Pain on the left side of my right knee
.When i cup my hand on my right knee there is like a crunching/wierd noise
.My left knee is starting to have some pain problems aswell
.And a wierd pulse on my thigh or above my knee sometimes
.Hurts both knees when i do squats

All help would be massively appreciated

Hi Shaunartis,

Looks like you have some damage to the cartilage, on the undersuface of the knee cap (Patella). This is just going by what you have said. However I suggest that you ask your GP to refer you to a consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at your local hospital.
