Krys:   Hi, if I understand your post correctly you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon in the chicago area.   I live in the northwest chicago suburb of Arlington Heights and have a phenomenal surgeon.   He operated on both my shoulders and is not doing work on my knee.   If you are interested, I would gladly forward you his name and phone number.

In general, I hear Rush Medical Center has an OUTSTANDING orthopedic center.   I am going to do research about their practice.   I understand they are pioneering the key-hole TKR procedure.   Since I'm headed that way I am interested in finding info on the less invasive procedure.

Anyway, good luck finding your doc.   Let me know if I can be any help.
