Hi guys, first post.
Just had a Lateral Release, Chrondoplasty and patella re-shape. This is the 2nd LR, first was about 20 years ago. It's only week 3 post-op but my calf muscle seems to have turned into a brick! I'm just about off crutches, but the pain was there even when i was on them. It's also working it's way up into the hamstring. I've got physio again tomorrow so will run it by them but just wondered what i can do in the meantime?
