Exercising the inner calf muslces
« on: November 13, 2010, 04:50:57 PM »
I've been exercising my calf muscles by standing on tiptoes and then lower my heels down over a step and this has helped a lot in defevloping strength and bulk in the back of the calf but it hasn't helped me with the inner part.  My calf musles I'm told are OK but how  do I exercise the inner part?  Any suggestions?
