whats good exercises

hi all im after exercises that will help tighten up the muscles around the knee to help stop it dislocating i have a weight bench ect ,debbie ???

A lot of quad sets and straight leg raises (4 ways), but you really should be in a good, comprehensive, formal physical therapy program.  A therapist can track progress and ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly and be able to move you to a home exercise program as you progress and they deem you are ready to be moved to progress independently.

Look into Closed chain exercises for the knee.  Avoid open chained exercises.  Leg extensions are bad.
