Hi Jasmine,
I'm no expert on swelling but there's some great information available on a few separate threads on this forum. Try:

I've also had some issues with my right knee being quite swollen although I'm only 40 days post my ACL recon and 30 days since my second op (as I had staph infection) so I'm guessing it's fairly normal to have swelling at this stage. I've been working for the last 2 and a half weeks (sitting at a desk) and have generally been coping well. The way I deal with is by extending my leg out on another chair as much as possible throughout the day and icing 2-3 times whilst at work. When I get at home I lie on the couch for a couple of hours and elevate my leg above heart level by using 3 cushions. I ice my knee a further 2 times at home. I also take an anti-inflammatory before going to bed at night and have also tried a couple of 'home' remedies which might be worth a shot - I used cabbage on my knee one night and just last night used Lectric Soda which seemed to help a bit.
Above all keep patient, continue to RICE as much as possible and hopefully it will come good. All the best!
Hope this helps!
