Well crap :-\ looks like the synvesic has worn off already, catching and popping again. Is not looking good for this poor knee of mine >:(
2006 right knee surgery, meniscus
2008 left knee lateral release,  meniscus
2009 microfracture left knee, lateral meniscus,  fragment
2009 cartilage transplant oats
2010 loose fragment removal, meniscus fraying,found another defect
2010 oats failed, synvesic injections ,2011 right knee meniscus

Dammit.  :-\  I'd hoped it might bring you some longer relief. I'm still finding the Euflexxa is helping, I'm at about 10 weeks post shot now and starrting to feel a few more twinges but the weather has got mighty cold so that isn't helping. Generally though I certainly still feel a benefit. Just spent two weeks in the Canaries with 25 degrees warmth everyday and I forgot I had a bum knee - felt normal!

What is the next step for your poor knee? Is it worth another shot to top things up?

Hope things improve again for you.

yes dammit!!!! I just dont know what i am suppose to do i have a dead piece of bone in my knee >:( I am going to get a few more opinions and see what exactly i should be doing here. I am glad lottie your knee is feeling better. I hope it continues for you. At least i can walk without pain, it is just that pop that happens, and i never know when it is going to do it. It is not pleasant >:(    Kim
