20mm Stage 4 Knee Osteoarthriis

What surgical treatments are an option for someone with 20mm osteoarthritis in the knee? Has anyone had any kind of surgery other than a TKR? Currently, I was told a donor knee cartilage transplant was my best option. Just checking to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Depends on where the lesion is, if it's isolated or not, what your alignment is, and what the state of the surrounding structures (bone, meniscii, etc etc etc) are.
