I have chronic patellar tendonitis in my right knee. I have had 5-PRP Injections on it, and it has came a long way in a year, but it still gets inflamed. Any ideas on how to get it back to 100%.

Also, my Orthopedic Surgeon recently suggested hyaluronic acid Injections as a preventative step for my knees. I still have a lot of cartledge left, but I have some rough spots on both patellar. I am going to go through with tis since it makes sense.

I was wondering if anyone has had any expereince with these. I am 47, but I love to cycle which is a good sport for my knees, but I want to do anything I can to keep going.
