Thighmaster for knees
« on: June 29, 2010, 02:15:44 PM »
I was flicking through the Argos catalog the other day and saw that they had thighmasters, made by Everlast.  It said underneath that they strenghten the inner and outer muscles of the knee and I was wondering about getting one, because I've found squeezing a ball between the knees to be a great exercise both for the vmo and the abductors.  I was wondering if a thighmaster would be as good or better.  The only thing that concerns me is that it say's it works the outer muscles as well and while I could do with working them, I don't want it to be at the expenseof the vmo and cause tracking problems.

So I'd just like to know what you guys think about them, does anyone use them and is their a risk of maltracking?
