Not sure what's going on...
« on: May 23, 2010, 08:55:18 PM »
Hi all,

I was here about 2 years ago when I tore my lateral meniscus and had arthroscopic surgery to cut out the torn part of the meniscus. I went through 4 weeks of PT and got range of motion back, etc. I still have some numbness and some pain since before the surgery but I've learned to deal with that. Recently (about 3 weeks ago) I started having a really weird sensation in the back of the same (left) knee. With every step that I take, I feel almost like there is a rubber band snapping in the back of the knee. It doesn't hurt it just feels really weird and not normal.
Has anyone ever had anything like this? I have a cousin who's a PT and I'm going to ask him when I see him next weekend but that's still a while away - any suggestions in the mean while???

Thanks!!!!
