postoperative changes of prior partial meniscetomy of the left knee medial  meniscus body and posterior horn are noted with residual posterial horn medial meniscal tear. full-thickness medial compartment articular cartilage defect with subchondral marrow edma involving medial to tibial plateau are identified.osteoarthrithritic changes of the patellofemoral compartment are also noted.
