Hey all,

Odd problem here. Skiing a week and a half ago, fell at odd angle with left knee twisted, felt very slight pull/tweak when I fell but nothing else. skied the rest of the day without noticing anything, no pain, no swelling, nothing.

Knee is a bit stiff when I've been sitting for a long time or sleeping etc. also if I'm kneeling and roll back on my knees (towards my heels) I can feel a wee bit of pain transmit through to the bottom outside part of my knee (close to where the tibia attaches is my guess but I could be wrong). If pressing at the side of the knee but low (towards the back of the leg) it feels a bit sensitive. Other than that though no symptoms, no pain, I'm doing my normal workouts and playing hockey and it feels fine and doesn't act up at all.

I can pretty well assume there's no tear in either the ligament or the cartilage, right? Else I would have had SOME symptoms by now. Can I assume this is just a minor strain on the ligament and if so, what should I do about it?

Thanks :)
