Pain doing hamstring curls
« on: December 21, 2009, 10:55:05 PM »
TKR on left knee July 29th, 2009.
Procedure done using the Visionaire process from Smith and Nephew.
During rehab I have always had pain doing hamstring exercises. The pain is on the lateral side of my left knee.  Does not appear to be going away.  Limits the amount of weight I can use to do the exercise.  Today was my first day at a regular gym and I could barely complete the full range of motion on the stand-up hamstring machine.  As my heel gets closer to the back of my thigh, the pain increases.  Anyone willing to conjecture why this is happening and what I can do about it?
