Hello everyone,
I have had osgoodchlatters since I was about 13, I am 18 now. I am very serious into my martial arts training which involves a lot of grappling.
I cannot put much pressure on my left knee, and I also need to be able to touch the back of my feet to my butt in a praying position which I cannot do (this is for a martial arts position for Brazilian Jiujitsu).
The physio I have been to has improved the pain quite a bit but it is far from gone. I understand their are physio's who are very outdated and this is what I believe the one I had is. Malcolm Conway gave me an exericse online which did more good than about 25 physio sessions.
What do you think I should do, osteopath? Sports physiotherapist?
Any help would be great thanks.
