Hi i had knee surgery about 1 year ago my findings were i had grade2 in my left knee and grade 3 in my right my occupation is a firefigter so i have to keep my self resonably fit .i have put on two stone as i have trouble exercising i usually do 10 minutes on the cross trainer 10 minutes on the stationary bike 10 minutes on the rowing machine then back to 10 minutes on the cross trainer they say to lose weight you should do 40 minutes cardio in a session while doing these exercising i am fine but 2 or 3 hours later i am in pain can someone help me with were i am going wrong and what is the best cardio exercises for me when i complain about the pain to my colleuges they reckon i am doing to much to quickly or is it my knees just cant take it anymore i would be grateful for any help
