Hi Paul,

I seen from another posting of yours you are having problems sending a personal message to Sheila the Owner of Kneeguru. It completely slipped my mind that you have to have 20 plus posts to be able to send a personal message to other members and Sheila. She know as The Kneeguru and not Kneeguru which can be found below each subject under Moderators.

Post in The Games Room section under the Quizzes, games & fun contests to make your posts up to 20 and can then send a personal message to Sheila and other members on KG.

Glad your making some progress in your recovery.

Nick :) {2009} :)

Only need to do 5 more posts before you can send personal messages.

Its going to take some time to get your knee back to normal and will feel alot of pain for the 1st couple of weeks after your surgery. I dont know what its like myself as I not had surgery yet but been reading up what other members have been through after surgery.

Hi Paul,

I know its hard but dont overdo it with your knee as its going to take some time before your knee get back to as normal as possible. Its hard if you are self employed not being able to do your job as well as you would like but you not long had surgery and the knee takes time to recover again.

                                                      13/11/09

                                         4 weeks  thursday  just gone

still on crutches  my knee is feeling better but i feel i still cant walk on it  ..i am wishing the next 2 weeks away .. hurry up .... still doing minor physio ...knee feels alright considering i am on crutches  ....its still stiff. ...but when i lay it down straight for half an hour  it feels good to bend it  so that must mean a little progress..
will be seeing physio on tues for my nearly 5 week progress report  where i had my muscle moved below my knee i can feel it tugging down my leg but that not a problem part of the healing process but the boredom is still there thank god for games consoles .... ;)

Hi Paul,

4 weeks have gone by already time seems to fly by and will know what rehab is like when I have surgery on my right knee on Monday morning. I ahve been told might not need crutches after my surgery but think I may need them for the 1st week or 2. Keep on top of your physio and you should be fine as it takes time to get knee back to normal after surgery.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for good luck message and I am certain my surgery will go ok as I have one of the UK's top Knee Surgeons working on me so I am in very safe hands.

I hope your recovery goes ok for you.
