Hi
Yesterday I experienced a sharp pain in my right knee when I tried to kneel down. Now, whenever I bend my knee to ~90 degree angle and put any sort of weight on that leg (like when I'm squatting down), I feel that sharp pain toward the top of the kneecap. However, I can walk/run just fine, and put weight on it if my leg is straightened. I can also bend the knee just fine as long as there isn't any weight on it. I only feel the pain when I bend the knee and put weight on it. I'm 30 years old and never had a history of arthritis or injury in that area. Any insight into what may be causing this would be very helpful.
Thanks
